Photography
Booking appointments
When booking an photography appointment with Wolf Creek Studio the client will decide whether they are wanting on-site studio sessions or environmental sessions,
Session fee:
Session fees deposit will be invoice the day of request, Full payment of session fee deposit is required to set the appointment, client will be given three(3) business days to make the payment, if payment is not received by the third day, invoice will remain outstanding until payment is received, max seven(7) business days, then appointment will be scheduled.
Rescheduling:
If a reschedule is needed one(1) free reschedule is allowed however should client require a second rescheduling the original Session fee will need to be paid again before a rescheduling will be done. The rescheduling fee will be refunded the day of the Viewing.
Post session process:
Sessions are processed within three(3) to four(4) business days then a viewing session is scheduled with the client.
Viewing sessions:
Viewing sessions are considered free, however should a reschedule be needed a fee will incur. Portions of session fee deposit will be refunded according to orders taken. Orders for portraits will be taken the day of the viewing and an invoice will be sent to the client for payment. Once the invoice has been paid in full, orders will be printed and shipped to the client, three(3) business days will be allowed for client to make payment before invoice will be marked as outstanding. Any invoices left outstanding for more that seven(7) business days will be canceled and clients order will remain with Wolf Creek Studio until such time as payment can be made.
POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT DISCRETION OF THE OWNER
Graphic Design
The day of the service requested a quote will be sent within 24 hours concerning the project. Upon the acceptance of the quote an invoice for payment will be issued.
Standard payment process:
Payment for Design & Printed Material
Full payment of the quote will be required (excluding shipping) to queued the project for designing or printing.
Artwork:
Client can provide print ready artwork or the design process can begin. If the client has print ready artwork a file can be emailed to the studio and the order will be queued for printing. If the client requires design services from Wolf Creek Studio, three initial ideas will be sent for the client to view and decide on layout, once layout choice has been made, three ideas for font choice will be sent to the client, upon the choice of the font the final design layout will be sent and project will be queued for printing. Once project has been designed, printed, and completed, client will be invoiced for shipping, or the order will be delivered free of charge if the client is local.
Shipping:
Shipping will be invoiced and required with three(3) business days to ship order. Any outstanding invoices older than seven(7) days will be canceled, and order will remain with Wolf Creek Studio till such time as payment is made.
Screen Printing payment
Due the nature and cost of screen printing items. A minimum of 6 items must be ordered and full payment will be required to que order for printing.

Payment policies
-----Accepted Payment Forms-------
Credit card payments
Wolf Creek Studio accepts all forms of valid major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Check payments
Wolf Creek Studio does accept personal checks,. We do however accept certified cashiers checks, or money orders. Local check payments will be processed the day of receiving funds. Out of state checks will require a 10-day hold and a valid major credit card in conjunction with the check.
Cash payments
Wolf Creek Studio accepts all valid forms of legal tendered cash payments.
Invoice payments (electronic payments)
Wolf Creek Studio is able to set our clients up with an invoice style payment (electronic payments). As stated in our service policies, an invoice will be sent to the client the day of the request for the project, three (3) business days will be allowed to accept payment. Please see our service policies for more information.
------Refund policy--------
Due to the highly customizable nature and high profit loss of the services offered Wolf Creek Studio has a strict NO REFUND policy. We will endeavor to make orders right for our customers in any way possible if that involves restarting the project from scratch we will do so to make our customer happy however refund for services will NOT be offered. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
-------Third Party Payouts-------
Wolf Creek Studio offers multiple services that can be combined to create packages for our clients- example, Design Service, Logo Design, Logo System Design-these three create one package or can be used individually. Payments for all services are required in full (excluding shipping), however should the client decide after payment has been processed that they are wanting to go a different route and not use the full payment that they have issued a credit to their account will be made for processing a future orders. Wolf Creek Studio does NOT PAY OUT to a third party that we do NOT know. Wolf Creek Studio has vendors and processors that are at our disposal that we use to collect the items our clients have requested, so we can produce the project for said client, however if client has overpaid and decide to change a prior agreement with us we will NOT be sending any funds to a third party that we do not professionally work with or know. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Small Project Policy
Any and all projects or orders where the client's item count is under one hundred (100) items
A charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) will incur when said item counts are ten(10) to fifty(50).
A charge of thirty-five dollars ($35) will incur when item counts item counts are fifty(50) to hundred (100).
All order counts are at a minimum of ten(10).
If the client already has print ready artwork payment will be collected and the order will be queued for printing.
Should the client require design services for a small project or order an additional nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents($19.99) will be adding for this service.
Once payment has been collected and the order has been queued for printing the order will be available within 3 to 5 business days of approval of artwork or the receiving account work by email.
